Scoring and Shutdown 2026

The Scoring and Shutdown Camp is brought you by Coach Chris Lockrem and focuses on two major elements of the game.

Players who register for the Scoring session will be put through the paces on not just finishing on their own scoring attempts, but also how to work together as a unit of five to create team offense.

Players who register for the Shutdown session will be focused on the finer points of how to defend hard using both your stick and body to shutdown opponents and play like a gladiator shift after shift.

Players can sign up for the Scoring Session or the Shutdown Session and will have one session in the morning. In the afternoon, both groups will be brought together to put the tactics they learned into execution against each other!

Player Eligibility and Cost

The Scoring and Shutdown Camp is open to competitive Tier I and Tier II players who are 2013s and older and want to take a step forward in the finer details of their development. This is not a camp for beginners.

Cost: $450/player

Goalies: We will need between 4 - 6 goalies for each session. Registration is FREE for the goaltenders! Who doesn't want free ice???

8:40AM - 9:50AM Defense and Shutdown, SSSC Rink 3

2:40PM - 3:50PM Scoring and Shutdown (Joint Session), SSSC Rink 2

SUN July 19th
