He also advised families regarding long-term athlete development process and assisted junior and college teams with player evaluations. In the 2017-18 season, Cunningham served as the program director for the Jr. Reign. He helped guide team-building, off-ice training and long-term athlete development guidelines.

Emma Killeen - SUNY Plattsburgh

Emma Killeen begins her first season behind the bench with the Cardinals in 2024-25.

Killeen enjoyed an outstanding career with the Cardinals as a key piece of the defensive unit over the course of four seasons. Playing 110 games in her career, she tallied five goals and 35 assists and appeared in all 31 games in the team’s 2019 National Championship run. In the championship game against Hamline, Killeen tallied an assist on the game-winning goal as they won 4-0 to secure their seventh national title in program history.

Killeen has coaching experience working in a variety of clinics and camps, including the Elite Hockey Camp at Norwich University and USA Ice Hockey Development Camps. She also volunteered at Learn to Skate outings hosted at Plattsburgh while a student-athlete. Ben Chipman - Plymouth State University

Ben Chipman was named interim head coach of the women's ice hockey program prior to the 2023-24 academic year and was endorsed as head coach over the summer. After doubling the teams win total in his first season, Chipman's squad set the program record for wins in a historic season last winter.

Playing in the inaugural season of MASCAC women's ice hockey, the Panthers rolled to an 11-2-2 conference mark to capture the program's first regular season crown. Chipman guided PSU to the championship game of the MASCAC Tournament, where the Panthers outlasted Rivier, 2-1, to win the title. The game-winning goal came 6:55 into the fourth overtime, making it the second-longest D-III game in women's hockey history, and just 71 seconds shy of tying the record for longest game.

Chipman has been a significant presence in the community during his time at Plymouth State. In addition to his success on the ice, he was involved with several campus organizations including the Student Business Advisory Council, Business School Corporate Sponsor Speaker, International Orientation Leader, and International Business Club. A four-time MASCAC Fall/Winter and Winter/Spring All-Academic Team member, he achieved President's List honors with a perfect GPA every semester.

Chipman's coaching experience includes five years with Plymouth State Youth Hockey, as well as time with British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) and Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) players at the STIX Collegiate Cup Showcase.
